Lot has to be done. We can not neglect the development of Chemical Industry. Even though India is doing exceptionally good in IT, but Chemicals and petrochemicals are back bone of any country, with out that we can not survive. Energy - department should be merged with Chemicals including all Petrochemicals and Hydrocarbons. No need for Non conventional or green power Department all should be under one very large department - independent of political interference. Its all about R&D, lot of money, time and best of the brains are required. No Government reservations for recruitment.
