Western countries have high salary levels, yet provide FREE commuting on Buses, trains AND medical care etc for senior citizens + various concessions - nothing available in India & on the other hand costs soaring.

The CGHS is doing wonderfully well. But it requires more funds to be more useful. At least two more Wellness Centres are required to be added at Bengaluru, being a very fast developed/still developing City with many CG institutions & housing many CG pensioners. One more Polyclinic is also a crying necessity. Will the MOH look into this seriously?
