LOT TO BE DONE FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Waiting period for all types of business at post offices needs to be reduced drastically.
Presently there are long Qs.

I shifted to Sector 93 in NOIDA in 2013. Here I have not received a single letter sent to me by ordinary mail. I contacted the Post Master at 201304, he says we deliver what we get from Main Post Office Ghaziabad. I put in a complaint on the postal department website but there was no response. I wonder if people in my area comprising PIN 201304 are facing the same problem or is it only me.

Keep up the good work.

Very poor working. The post is thrown and not delivered and there is non to answer or handle the situation. In fact it is a no man's ministry.
