True in essence the road belongs to NH national highway, state highway and district board road, by the side municipality enjoys undue and unfair commercial bargaining without any service tickets for vehicle by the side of the road. the apartment and shop doesnot belongs to municipality neither the road the undue income is going in whose pocket?
Dhanbad Municipal Corporation has not put its house in order when it comes to street and road hygene. They have make regular arrangement for regular cleaning of the road side waste dumps. They have to cme up with an action plan for the street vendors and road side shops/stalls that discard all the waste products, such as animal waste, spoiled vegetables, packing materials, plastic etc. They have to either stop street vendors from operating from encrouchments, or they have prepare a guideline for waste disposal. If they donot follow the regulation put fine, or garbage tax that will fetch revenue for collecting and procesing of waste at the municipal level.
