I do not get any sports channel without paying extra for it. I do not like the advertisements as soon as you open the Dish TV. You are forced to see the advertisement till it is repeated 3 times. Then it goes to Dish TV's own Advertisement. The signal is adversely affected when it rains.
I can barely give Two Star.

I am spending almost double than what I used to pay. Have 3 multi connection and earlier it was Rs.630+200+200 = 1040 per month. Now its almost Rs. 2100 per month for the same channels. We are not able to choose individual channels for each multi connection and the primary connection channels are for all. Terrible mistake by TRAI. This is what happens when government babus intervene and screw up private good running businesses.

SCOD 18 offers cable TV services for the past 7 years. They thrive on erstwhile local cable tv providers and have taken over the services. They keep their Marketing information secretive. They never reveal their rates and allow the local agents to collect money as they please. The response of their office is very poor and they refuse to give details of their bouquets, taxes and other incidentals. In the same building they collect different amount from each customer. The service is poor. The connection will suddenly go off. They remove channels without information. They do not reduce the charges if a channel is continuously not provided for more than 3 days as per TRAI mandate. It is high time that such service providers are searched by competent authorities and fixed. Please do not recommend this entity to any body.

The paid TV programmes keep exagerating the cliams about the product and offer various schemes including guarnteed returns. I have gone through their advertisement about "Shri Laxmi Kuber Dhan Yantra". The company was showing that all the buyers have been bestowed with money and money and money that too millions of people. If you do not get desired benefits, the company will refund your 100% money on its return. I wanted to dig out more details as I could not believe the scheme at all.
