Dish TV charges as well as service are worst. Most of the sports, movie & Bengali regional chanels are not in the HD package and for every channel, you have to pay extra. Moreover they harass customers unnecessarily when someone wants to de-activate any channel. While seeing the TV, they come on the screen daily with their offers by disturbing the viewing. Regulatory Authority don't take any action against them despite knowing everthing.

SCOD 18 offers cable TV services for the past 7 years. They thrive on erstwhile local cable tv providers and have taken over the services. They keep their Marketing information secretive. They never reveal their rates and allow the local agents to collect money as they please. The response of their office is very poor and they refuse to give details of their bouquets, taxes and other incidentals. In the same building they collect different amount from each customer. The service is poor. The connection will suddenly go off. They remove channels without information. They do not reduce the charges if a channel is continuously not provided for more than 3 days as per TRAI mandate. It is high time that such service providers are searched by competent authorities and fixed. Please do not recommend this entity to any body.

The paid TV programmes keep exagerating the cliams about the product and offer various schemes including guarnteed returns. I have gone through their advertisement about "Shri Laxmi Kuber Dhan Yantra". The company was showing that all the buyers have been bestowed with money and money and money that too millions of people. If you do not get desired benefits, the company will refund your 100% money on its return. I wanted to dig out more details as I could not believe the scheme at all.
