You can file the case before the state commission if you interest, compensation, rent is more than 20 lacs and if more than 1 cr then before National commission. There are judgements that you can claim interest at the rate on which builder is demanding interest as per agreement on delayed payment and also claim rent from the date of expected to hand over possession. DLF has turned into the biggest fraudsters in Karnataka. They launch projects piggybacking on the DLF name and now they are unable to deliver. They blame the government for every delay and are still not willing to give a confirmed date.
This is specific to Maiden Heights where they have been delaying for years and now want to change the original amenities that was originally promised in the project.
Consumers like us are stuck in a rut paying both the EMI as well as the rents and companies like DLF just don't care.

DLF is the biggest but but most fraud Developer in INDIA. In Bangalore they are delaying for two projects for unknown reasons. People are paying on rent for Rs 25000/30000 per month even after paying 95% of the total payment for the flat they have booked through DLF in their West end Heights and MY TOWN projects through the flats are ready. The reason is only known to DLF and the Government Authority. Thay have understanding among them selves and the customers are suffering.

DLF - While it has several projects going around Bangalore, its (I believe) first project - Westend Heights has been delayed for more than 3 years - and now this is under PIL. Apparently it constructed 19 floors building where there should have been just 4 floors (based on BBMP guidelines given the connecting road is 18 m - allegedly, DLF has widened the road to 24 m. All in all buyers of this project are suffering and there is no handover date determined yet.
