Gurgaon was good, staff being particularly helpful

This dept is terrible as nothing moves without bribe. Their computer system also doesn't work if bribe is not paid. Only touts rule in the DL office at Faridabad District Court and all the officers and clerks, including the SDM office - who is final authority to sign on DL ,only listen to the touts.
