A well known courier service provider in India.

They never deliver consignment to your place. You will have to collect it, else they will return the same "Undelivered".

They take out products from parcels whenever we send through them, happened with me recently and also didnt entertained any claim too.

Service and delivery is excellent.

This branch is highly irresponsible and the staff and owner is very arrogant, ill-mannered and unprofessional as they have betrayed me twice and reluctant to pay the claim for my loss despite my paying the additional charges for insurance, packing and express delivery. I am now filing a suit against them in consumer court for false practices and bothering the customer time and again.
