IT IS A TOUGH TASK FOR THE ELDERLY AND LADIES TO CLIMB THE STAIRS AND REACH THE PLATFORM WITH THE HEAVY LUGGAGE IN HAND. HENCE THE RAILWAYS SHOULD IMMEDIATELY INTRODUCE ESCALATORS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PASSENGERS. THEY SHOULD ALSO ENSURE THAT THE ESCALATORS ARE IN WORKING CONDITION.
