While the company offers comparative prices with other online ticket booking site and it also does not charge any convenience fee which most of the sites are charging, the only demotivating factor is the poor customer response services. Complaints have been noticed that the ticket prices going up during the booking process and even in a situation where the amount gets debited from passengers account but ticket not generated.
