The seniors officer & JE including SDO is very cooperative with public but ground staff which directly involve with public dealing need training on how to deal with public which approach with graviance to resolve as i face one wrong bill correction need six month time is question mark on faster delivery

The situation is exteremly pathetic.The current may be gone for several hours at a stretch and one never even knows when it will be restored.Any calls to customer service are not picked up.The visit to the Office also does not result in any kind of answer.Total Uncertainty about everything including supply.
