Sector wise scheduled power cut should be notified and free electricity be avoided

Over all the performance is satisfactory. Elect. Deptt. should minimize unplanned power cuts and strive for
24/7 supply. The rates should be reduced after controlling power theft which is rampant in every part of
city. They should buy high powered sensors to detect power theft.

With the onset of summer, as is usual, there are unscheduled popwer cuts which are not known to the consumers and create a lot of disruption in the business and other activities. Why after almost 70 years of independence we have not been able to guarantee uninterrupted power supply to all cities ? I often wonder ? Are our bureaucrats so insensitive to the needs of the common man ? They manage power diversions as VIP to facilitate their own work and comfort at the cost of common man. The free electricity supply concept needs review, as well as checking the "kundi connection"
The overall state is 3-4 star

Good but tuff to hold the situation in summers.
