Very difficult to get porters in ERS.Plat form is fairly clean.But the shopping for books , medicines and travel items should be provided on all platforms.Parking is poorly managed at both western and eastern exits.

Fairly well maintained.Electronic display boards should be provided in all PFs.Improve parking facilities at eastern gate.Introduction of escalators a great blessing for the aged.With more growth expected in the city in the next decade toa
tal overhaul of the staion is needed.
