On one side there seems to be financial crunch and on the other hand MCF is failing even to send property tax bills.

I have never understood this of MCF property tax calculation. With the same location and same size of the plot and flat, there is a huge variation.

Payment should be online.

As per the MCF is following a procedure to pay your property tax on self assessment basis . It should fix the property tax rates depending upon locality as in Delhi MCD . The minimum rates should be fixed as per locality . The concerned person can pay tax easily . The advance payment discounts should be clearly shown on the sight .
