The uncontrolled proliferation of vendors is unchecked and unchallenged. Anyone see's any place along the roadside......decides to take it for running his business. This is true of Industrial Areas, Residential Areas, Metro Stations, Main Roads and High Ways. Even the roads under Badarpur Flyover have more than 50% occupied by these vendors......I wonder what was the point of building the flyover. Now that overhead Metro Track is there........it is ready made shelter for anyone setting up business under the Track. Faridabad is a Heaven for ppl who want to encroach on Public land. It is visible everywhere......Along By Pass Road.....Muthra Road......Faridabad Gurgaon road near Sainik Colony.
I agree with Sh S K Virmani & Sh Hari Prasad regarding the behaviour of our employees of MCF, which is the main cause of littering of streets & market places. If we visit to any sector market and the hawkers littering waste of food & plates on roads which gives a ugly look to our places. The MCF should take a bold step to educate the hawkers and also fine them for this activity
The hawkers management can only be addressed when the corporation become corrupt free. The employees have the tendency to undertake only that activities which gives them the scope of development of the size of their pockets. It is very poor in responding to the issues brought before the corporation. I am of the view that the hawkers management can be best improved by the citizens own responsible behaviour else the expectation from MCF would be like living in fools paradise.
Poor hawker management - there is no control and there is no waste management of any kind. The hawkers and the customers tend to throw waste all round. The food is also not preserved or stored in a hygienic manner.
