The BBMP in spite of having technology and IT facilities is very lethargic and callous in solving the public grievances. Last year also the online site for payment of property tax was full of errors and not customer-friendly. Same thing is repeated this year. The BBMP Sahaya is not at all functioning. In spite of many phone calls, they do not care to answer and even if they answer, they try to evade their duty by giving another phone number to contact. Even in twitter the municipal staff and officials do not care to resolve the issues. Every thing is done only by pleasing the staff through illegal means. It is in my view the most inefficient organization which does not show any concern or interest in solving the public problems.
We can ensure better data collection, planning, subsidy development, strategy, utilization, to collect analytics and out-reach data. Let us play by our strengths. Keep up the good work.
