Dear FM,
In Tamilnadu's Budget for 2017-18 document (link given below), It is mentioned that Rs.1,75,293 crore will be spent while total revenue will be only Rs.1,59,363 crores.

Running anything (family/business/government) on loan is not good. I request you to plan our Tamilnadu's budget within Rs.1,28,000 crores (~80% of 1,59,363 crores) and have the remaining for contingencies. Please do the needful to encourage entrepreneurs & attract businesses to Tamilnadu in order to increase the total revenue of our state in coming years. This will help better the prospects for Tamilnadu.
