Worst company ever, bad experience.
I ordered one item from flipkart in the sale period and the order was cancelled after 10 hours and while asking them the customer service said that the seller think you are a re-seller and after 4 hours I got message confirmation from seller that due to limited stocks the order was cancelled then why seller not marked the product as out of syock.

While reporting issue on social media I got call from one of flipkart esclation team member that your previosu account was closed so the order was cancelled how can a seller justify the order from my previous account.

Bad service from flipkart earlier also I ordered a power bank of syska and received the power bank of syska but different and asking them they said they said the product return policy is not available.

This is a way they are behaving with customers.
Govt need to take action against these sites which are exploiting the e-commerce sites.

Flipkart is having return policy which are not suitable to customers. In some of the cases they have only once replacement policy, in such cases the Flipkart may send defective product twice and the customer is left with no option. This may be done deliberately. There pickup staff do not pickup the product telling so many absurd reasons and you can not do anything but to feel mental agony. The policy of refund of amount must be there so that customer may not feel cheated. If Flipkart is not able to deliver the product in time then they should provide proper reason other than sorry.More over Customer do not have time to wait for replacement due to urgency, in such cases they are liable to be fined due to their deficiency in service to deliver product timely undamaged and in working condition.
