Flipkart is having return policy which are not suitable to customers. In some of the cases they have only once replacement policy, in such cases the Flipkart may send defective product twice and the customer is left with no option. This may be done deliberately. There pickup staff do not pickup the product telling so many absurd reasons and you can not do anything but to feel mental agony. The policy of refund of amount must be there so that customer may not feel cheated. If Flipkart is not able to deliver the product in time then they should provide proper reason other than sorry.More over Customer do not have time to wait for replacement due to urgency, in such cases they are liable to be fined due to their deficiency in service to deliver product timely undamaged and in working condition.
