I was sent a dysfunctional Moto M phone by Flipkart. The camera specs are not half as good as quoted on the website, there were issues with the battery back up and the microphone. I complained WITHIN 2 days but they were neither willing to refund the money nor exchange the phone with another phone brand. After long hours spent on complaints to their executives, I was only sent a replacement with another Moto M phone. What's the use? I'm stuck as I have no time to chase them. They should have a physical office in big cities, especially in Delhi, where a person may visit to get the issue resolved. I also bought a bedsheet from Flipkart recently which was of very poor quality.I have promised myself not to buy anything from Flipkart or any other e-commerce company again. I would give them 0 rating if it was possible.
