Flipkart.com

Never been fully satisfied with Flipkart. Sometimes it is the product quality, sometimes the service/delivery quality that prevents them from delivering a good experience. Recently received a gift item packed in news paper without a box or packaging. Direct shipping from sellers need to be brought to the same standards as Flipkart would follow when shipping from its own warehouses.

A lot of merchadise on this site is cheap quality I am sorry. Would only use it for branded products on discount and books. Even some branded products (they sell phones with odd plugs surprising ppl and in some cases stuck)

Used to be excellent but of late, I have seen massive change in attitude of the company from being customer friendly to profit friendly! Returns are a BIG pain now and prices though competitive, change by the minute! Advise to all is Please be prepared for a challenge just in case you have to return a defective item as Flipkart makes this a hassle. Otherwise it's just average now a days!
