I use Flipkart only occasionally but do not like the site lay out very much and the product details are scarce. Even the products available seem to be cheap. Until now, I have not had any problem with my purchases and have never interacted with their customer services. Their delivery services are weird. For customer protection, they do not hand over numbers to delivery person and hence, two way communication is through a central landline. But, some delivery persons are very arrogant. One such incident happened where I received call that they have arrived, went down to receive but no one was to be found, called him repeatedly for one hour with no response and when I questioned him, he said he was playing games under a nearby tree and hence, he could not answer the phone.

I ordered redmi note 6pro mobile phone on 9th August 2019 but still not delivered my product, they gave me first 11th Aug, then 14th,then17th, then 20th. They have already missed 3 time. When I tracking my order, seller have not complete packaging process yet. And customer service officer not giving me a authentic answers. Very very poor flipkart
