I had terrible experience with my i10 Car repair and service. I moved from Delhi to Greater Noida in mid 2013 and was looking for a authorized service station for my Hyundai i10 Automatic card. I had an overheating problem due to damage in radiator and I took the car to this service center for engine repair. First of all they do not keep spare part so it took almost 2 weeks to get the work start. In the meantime they broke my windshield glass, which they fixed when I told them that this is your mistake. Afterwards when I took the delivery, they spoiled all my upholstery with grease and black spot all over seats and ceiling, I refused to take handover of my car and they promised a proper cleaning and requested to come next day. Next day I found that they did not clean the car and I had to wait for 2 hours to get the shampoo done for interior. Before moving out, I had a curiosity and opened the bonnet and I was shocked to see that black exhaust pipe on the engine was not fitted and the screw was lying on the side line of the bonnet. Later I found that there was a dent also on the bonnet which they agreed to fix free of cost on next trip. After 3 days I found that AC is not working and they told me to bring the car to workshop. When I took the car to workshop they told me that their Ac mechanic has left (at 4:00 PM), when I told them that I had to leave my work early to bring car, they agreed for a free pickup next day. A driver came and took my car from my home, but again, he banged my car with a bike and whole of my car backside got damaged, again I had to give my car for denting and painting which they did free of charge but delayed it by 3 days from promised date. I also reported problem with gear box/engine which they could not detect or fix. Finally I was so fedup with their carelessness that I decided to take my car to Delhi (Hyundai Motor Plaza) for engine/gear box noise and I am expecting deliver today.
