The company seems to be doing some dubious activities having secured payment gateways. The amount gets debited from the consumers account but not crediting to the recharge account. The refund does not take place. The response says the money has been credited back to the bank without actually crediting back. A public domain indicates there are 1422 complaint with 224 complaints resolved. It indicates that we need to be craeful for any financial transaction.
