Garbage disposal

The garbage truck comes to our road at anytime in the mornings. We are not allowed to keep the garbage bags on the side of the road near our house as the garbage truck men will not pick it up. They want to be spoon fed. That is we have to go down at their time and hand it over to them personally!!! otherwise they will skip the bag and leave it on the road for weeks. Also, a long footpath was constructed to Lulla Nagar, within a month, ten encroachments have come up on the footpath.!!!!

Pathetic. Why don't they have incinerators locally instead of a central place. The garbage load needs to be distributed. i cannot blame the PMC entirely - Pune is a huge city with huge population - we need to do our bit as well as citizens. i think people should watch NHK Japan everyday.

Not so goodin hadapsar area

PMC doing very bad to provide all the services. PMC pickup garbage once every 2-3 weeks In Handewadi Road . PMC charge so high and providing almost no service in our area.

The bins for collection of garbage are inadequte. Collectio of garbage by PMC staff from designated points is done carelessly. There is no arrangement for disposal and collection of garbage along the banks of the canal where a number of shanty colonies have come up.
