Pathetic it is, hawkers, street food vendors and tea stalls are the main cause of this problem.

Garbage trucks are old and frequent breakdown is common problem. Number of residential area and commercial set up has increased. Only 1 vehicle to collect is not enough .

there is earmarked area for disposing house hold waste and people throw it to drains ,streams and back water. They can even chrge for houe generated solid wast like tree ,glass etc
