taxation system has definitely improved after the SPUR project being implemented but authority made a lot of delay on this due to various reasons, which could have been avoided. despite supporting and playing an active role on this aspect, authority played delaying things in implementing in other parts of the state.

Authority should be mindful of other organisation's(DFID/world bank) investment as authority do not have adequate fund of its own .
