Patna all most drainage are choked, some influential people are construct ed there houses on the manhole. In Patna rules for fools without approval of house plan they constructed there houses on the Govt land. PRDDA, Patna Municipal Corporation and Bihar State Housing Board all only act as a dummy doll they are not able to utilize there power. In the rainy season total town is fully water locked. So at first demolished the without approved plan houses then improve the drainage and road works.
