A complaint received compelled to look into the operation of the site. The site does not have the contact us details like telephone number, address, email id or any other details other than a simple feedback form. Visit to their website indicates not much details other than attractive snaps of furniture and other items. The content of the complaint is reproduced below which suggest to be extra careful if planning to deal with this company.
"I had ordered Wood Shoe Rack (Black) By Bfurn (Bf-J3) Order no xxxxxxx, Reference no - yyyyyyyy on the 1 April 2016. I have already paid an amount of Rs.4000/-. It has been 2 months and there has been no delivery of the order. i have sent mails to follow up to Mebelkart with no avail. I tried calling up several times on their customer service number 080-67978888, but their customer service support is always busy.
I do not where to turn to resolve this issue. This is definitely the last time i will ever book anything on Mebelkart. I cannot believe that a e-commerce company can resort to such fraud. I will wait for two days for your response and then file a case against Mebelkart in consumer court.
I have copied the Regional Director of Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Ministry of Consumer affairs, to tell them about this fraud company called MEBELKART and this has been swindling customers out of their money. If they go online there is enough complaints of similar nature against Mebelkart, for them to take strong action against the company and the CEO, Rahul Agrawal. I have also copied the serious fraud office of the government of India to look into the allegations against Mebelkart. "

Many many complaints could be seen on various public domains, Most of the complaints terms them as frauds / cheaters recommending not to deal with the company.
