Hon Prime Minister and Government of India have missed the 1st step essential for startup the 'Swachchh Bharat Mission' the historic cleanliness drive.
Brooming on the roads and fields is fine for the superficial cleaning of earth's surface.
the 1st step should be to clean the DRAINs that are clogged with millions of tons of garbage.
Please remove garbage from the drains and make passage for drain fluids to flow ahead.
WHY THE GOVERNMENT IS BLINDFOLDED AT THE CLOGGED DRAINS...?

Worst in single word

Extremely poor and even if they come work done half heartedly. Even if the garbage is collected may be once a year the heap is left to redistribute and that is never collected again.besides the dustbins on the road are never emptied.Over flowing with garbage all year.

Very poor maintenance of services in the area falling on Vaishali main road.
