Godrej Hicare

In India most of the Pest Control companies have no real technical expertise. What do you expect from a graduate with chemistry as one of the subjects with (15 days) training at 3 identified institutions for getting recognition. Will it happen in public health? Give one month training and send people for practice!!!! They employ unemployed drop outs and give few day training (Is it possible in Medicine even for auxillary/technicians staff?) and send them for commercial pest control. Unfortunately, the regulatory authorities (Plant Protection Adviser and his staff) have also no elementary knowledge on these pests like mosquitoes, bed bugs or cockroaches. It is system's fault, can not blame them. At least now under NDA, correction is needed to be done to get qualified technical professionals in Urban Pest Management. In the garb of earning money the companies also scratch each others back and wont come out in open. This is a fact although many may dislike my comment.

Based on a complaint from a consumer who paid for availing the services of Godrej- Hicare Pest control management, visited public domains to know about their business reviews. Surprisingly out of 45 reviews, 53% consumers have expressed one star rating and 18% consumer expressed their operation to be 2 star rating. Shockingly the company has not provided even email id for lodging a complaint.
There is only a form which can be used for lodging a complaint but there is no system to keep a record with the complainant. Nothing is responded back on the submission of form. Other websites brings out sorry state of affairs as far as their interaction with the consumers is concerned
