Godrej Properties

In ahmedabad, Godrej sold 1000+ flats on day one, on its own name . Then to save money on stamp duty, Godrej partnered LandLord(LL), and gave (say)15 buildings out of (say)40 to them as land cost. Now my owner is the LL, not Godrej and I have to sign purchase agreement with LL , not Godrej.
I paid a higher price for "Godrej Garden City" flat, but there is no Godrej in it. Ordinary LLs command much lower price.
