While the product may be good. The service can easily be rated as worst in the country.
I bought a Door latch, which is to be installed by the company. I informed the Call Centre and thereafter starts the ordeal. After a day I call up the technician & he agrees to come on the following day , but the moment I put down teh phone I get an SMS informing me of Call Completion, first fraud.
Now I call up teh service station and ask them why this has happened, they simply pass it off as a some fault , but refuse to lodge a fresh install request to correct the fault. The person promised to call back after calling the technician but that call never came.
I call the technician on the appointed day & he says he is out of town , I call up the call center and they again try to pass it as a mistake, and promise to call back. I got a freah call logged, but do not have much hope in teh face of this organized fraud where the call centre, technician all are involved in fooling the public, The company does not have any escalation matrix or any contact option, lest any one of the few thousands who are at the receiving end of their magnanimity may thank them
