1) The builder has not provided all amenities as agreed in sale deed. We have been following up with him for Manjeera water since last 3 yrs. & every time they are giving some or other reason.
2) The construction quality is also worst. Cracks have been developed in building in less than a year.
3) Builder is also not transparent.
I highly recommend NOT to go with this builder.
