Two garbage dumps exists almost in the middle of main road leading from Vidyanagar to Adikmet (one near Keshav Reddy Marg and the other just after Reliance Fresh outlet) . they cover almost half the width of the road and are always overflowing with a severe stink in the air around. Pedestrians find it difficult to cross as the traffic in the remaining constrained road is always intimidating. The vehicular traffic also faces problem of constrained road. It is an unhygienic condition all over and with monsoon on, it will be still worse. These should be properly relocated to another place so that the vehicles do not have a problem, pedestrians get a safe path and hygiene improves in the area.

As for 'ROADS AND STREET CLEANING', I regret to mention that our Colony stands at the worst-most position!

The following are the 'Highlights' of the fate of the 'Roads and Street Cleaning' in our Colony:

(A) ROADS:
i) Most of the Roads -- both Colony Main Road and Lane-Roads are in a pitiable condition NOT TO SPEAK OF THE LANE WHEREIN MY HOUSE IS LOCATED, WHERE FLOW OF DRAIN WATER IS A REGULAR FEATURE COMPARABLE TO THAT OF THE 'UNHOLY GANGES'!

ii) Roads are cut by the Authorities of various Departments, viz., Electricity, Municipality, Telephones, Cable Providers, etc. so as to meet their requirements BUT they generally leave the roads in a most negligent manner.

iii) No regular repairing of the Roads is done.

iv) Caps of some of the man-holes are left in 'as is where is' condition.

(B) STREET CLEANING:
i) No regular Street Cleaning is done.

ii) The Municipal sweepers are only casually seen.

iii) There is no proper and regular check by the concerned Municipal Authorities.

A physical visit by the concerned Municipal Authorities to inspect the Main Road and other Lane-Roads of our Colony alone would give a correct perspective of the present condition in respect of 'ROADS and STREET CLEANING', so as to initiate necessary remedial measures.

There is no road laid till now though it's called road no.2, sriram nagar kondapur hyd. On left road no.4 onwards and on right road no. 1 is laid.peope use this road as dumping yard for debris and garbage,

GHMC thru. its service providers demand un-accounted/un-receipted payment which is almost equal to the annual property tax from property owners for collecting garbage....Authorities must put the public machinery in the direction of promised Golden Telangana,but surprisingly it is seen running in opposite direction..

The roads in the area I stay are very difficult to travel. This could be paid attention to so as to raise the well being of the residents of Malkajgiri.
