everywhere garbage thrown no punishment collection erratic

Garbage collection is done on daily basis but without separating them into dry and wet waste. They will not collect tree cuttings and waste on house repairs etc. It is surprising that the Government is encouraging planting of trees, but every municipal worker is averse to collect the waste arising out of trees and plants. Who take the responsibility is a surprise.
Garbage vehicles carry the garbage without covering them thereby at least 5-10% of garbage is spilled over the streets en-route of passing and emit filthy smell all across.

Doesn't deserve any stars according to me.
