They are biggest threat to movement of rds. eg Mehdipatnam has sone widest roads in city but it gets reduced to 1/3 due to hawkers.Obviously they have no fear of police since they know that they shall get away

No discipline. Everywere they stand & cause chaos.They must be allowed in only some places, not on main roads etc..Also all vendors / shopkeepers must be advised / made compulsion to keep dust bins in front of their shops, so that people will use them
