The park at Mallikarjuna colony, road no.3 is maintained by Senior citizens.The local residents in large number visit the park regularly. The tree garbage like dry leaves etc are not lifted by local area sanitary wing outsourced by GHMC. The visitors to park continuously complaint.The officers never inspect & keep control on outsourcing.The facts at grass root level are different.

prasad.u.b.s. dated 20.09.2016 Park at Road no.3 of Mallikarjuna Colony, Old Bowenpally , the garbage like dry leaves, trimmed wastage, left over material by visitors are not collected by local sanitary wing. The visitors to park regularly complaint on this subject.The supervisory staff never take complaints & solve the problems.

there is some improvement in the cleaning of roads and garbage collection. the GHMC distributed 2 bins for degradable and other garbage but nothing has happened in this direction. parks are pretty well maintained in spite of a very uncivil public. two electric crematorium shut because of a court case remain closed since years. garbage burning is big menace. corruption is very high in the GHMC. even RTI queries are simply ignored. because of rampant corruption illegal constructions are the rule than the exceptions. people hope to regularise their deviations in the frequently announced Building regularisation scheme. street hawkers are big obstruction in the old city area. the concept of vending zone and parking zone can ease the problem a bit

This is one of the areas which GHMC needs to work on war foot. There are few parks to name but those are very small in numbers compared to population. There are no parks after KPHB on NH9. In fact, areas like Beeramguda, Patelguda, Ameenpur have lots of open grounds which can be converted into public parks like KBR PARK, YOUSUFGUDA PARK. Above areas do not have a dense population as of now which gives big advantage for creating public parks.
