The situation around Kapra - Sainikpuri areas is very bad. The sweepers sweep the leaves and garbage under the trees (as they are too lazy to sweep them a few feet away from the trees) and then burn the mounds causing the trees to get partially burnt. Despite many requests, threats and complaints (through email with photographs) of the sweepers burning the leaves), this still persists. Our taxes are being used to buy saplings, plant them and then burn them by paying salaries to the burners too - very ironic indeed!

not much change in cleaning and waste collection in our area. two dustbins were distributed for wet n dry garbage but no society or municipality obeying seggregation of wastes

The sweepers clean the roads daily but do not or cannot clean some areas / spots where vehicles are more or less permanently parked on the roadside. This leads to accumulation of plastic and paper waste thrown there or swept to that spot by wind etc.

Drainage seepage on to the road is a regular problem that leads to poor cleanliness of the roads...
