I have ordered a product from Groupon. As per their delivery terms, a product would reach the customer within 10 days. But a simple mobile ear phone which I ordered took no attention until I called their customer care and complained about it. After that they took 10 more days to solve the problem. The details of their services are also not clear. Its pathetic experience I had with them.
