The outage, is on the rise in last 2 years. However the complaints are acknowledged soon and an estimated time for repairs is also given. Generally the supply is restored earlier than expected. The staff, both on the phone as well at the office is well mannered.

Customer service is very good.

Three times grievance submitted and got good response. so for me personally i would rate it good.

Its ok. grievance has been heard in time whenever we called for power cut.
