The street lights are provided near the house of the persons who is connected to RSS. But over all provision is good. THERE are many very big industries in the vicinity in and around the city and too much income is generated , even though there is no plan to put the cables underneath of street lights, ,overhead lines create too much problems as the contractors are not up to the marks as they are well connected to the ruling party , so not keen in doing the job of skill , as they don't recruit the skilled people though available in abundance.Ahmedabad with no major industries have under ground street lights system since 40 years. How they could, because they had a will and very big industrialist were on the helms who had vision and leaning for the welfare of people of the city. I do not like to rate even though I will.
