It is unfortunate that despite having completed one year on Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, MCG has remained totally a non performer. Reasons are to be probed by the concerned authorities.
Be it a matter of Municipal Solid Waste Disposal, drainage, civic amenities or road repairs, the leadership has miserably failed.
