I usually do not use Public Toilets. Condition of Paid Public Toilets still bearable or I must say better. I cross the bus stand everyday. I've discovered that new toilets have been made for public to use on the side wall near Bus Stand Gali which straightly connects with New Railway Road. The condition of that toilet is worst of the worst, Terrible or whatsoever the word is given in the dictionary to describe anger. I used that toilet and got pissed off when I found the #Urine was under my feet. I don't know whether there was no gutter for that urine to get dumped or something blocking the hole.

I have not seen public toilets at most of the places in Gurgaon City. Like Rajiv Chowk, Subhash Chowk, Hero Chowk etc. I have seen bad condition earlier days in Government offices and public parks. Generally Government officers keep lock their personnel and staff toilets.

Any convenience to the public is anathema. People can just use any road side wall.
