Very bad for a common man. You can check my grievance in public grievance portal with registration number GOVHY/E/2016/00296. It's under process from more than one year. Central home ministry has also sent a request latter to the secretary of the state government but there is no effect at all. It's related to road accident. A simple question is in my grievance. Neelkanth Hospital informed the police station about the accident or not? It's in Gurugram, DLF PHASE- I . The grievance solution response is in the hand of ACP. Official mobile phone number of the ACP is 9999981813. Same attitude can be seen from Under secretary and head of the state police. My FIR NO 18 is yet to be solved.
