Effective Police Force is that which has highly motivated personnel right from Senior-most to Junior most. This requires a high degree of motivation. A leader who leads by example for whom people swear by his honesty can do that. Unfortunately the Police Force in all the states is suffering from the lack of honest leadership. Gurugram Police is no exception. There are honest ones but the image is that most of them are dishonest. This is not good. Crime rate is very high. There was a time when Gurugram used to be most peaceful city. Reforms are urgently needed. I do not understand why Kiran Bedi recommendations are not accepted and implemented.

I will be surprise if you will say there is police in Gurugram. Only for hafta collection.
