I agree. Haldiram cannot rise above the Halwai attitude. They took orders knowing well that the ordered cannot be delivered for well above 45 minutes and kept us waiting.

Earlier they used to give 10% Discount on all Haldiram Namkeen and packed Packets which has been withdrawn. Now this discount is only available in their Main branch at Mathura Road, Institutional Area. the Parking space here is very limited and one may have to park at a distance. The self service aspect makes service slower. One has to draw attention of attendants to clean the tables. Generally the environment quiet neat and clean. Each person wears plastic gloves during service of any material.
Food quality otherwise is excellent and the "raj kachauri" of this outlet is extremely famous. It really is a delicacy and quiet heavy. One plate itself gives feeling of fullness. Regarding Chholle Bhature, another famous item , we did not appreciate for Bhature are full of Oil. Extra Cholle, salad etc., if one asks are given but with reluctance.

Quality of food of course is good. same common boring menu. wonder if any haldiram employee is on this site

Yes good collection but the staff attitudes are bad. They behave as if they are doing a favor by serving you.
