Haldiram has now developed into an international food chain delivery international quality food products

Haldirams are maintaining the quality of sweets and namkeens. Food quality is also very good.

I had earlier received a feedback from one of the customer who visited the show room and found a fly in the eatables. However, the show room did not respond in the way it is expected from such joints. In view of handling unprofessional way. the rating in my view would be average i.e three star.

Haldiram at Mathura Road is a good dining place with self service. The stuff is also reasonably good. However, it has a parking problem. The area just below the metro pillar is occupied by unauthorized parking contractors and charging fee. It should have been the duty of Haldiram to ensure that its visitors are not burdened with unauthorized parking fee.

Recent unethical charging of Service Tax on take away items in violation of Service Tax Act has compelled me to forget the quality of food. As per Service Tax rules, no service tax is chargeable on the take away or pick up food items. It is applicable only if you dine in the restaurant. I thought ethical business would prevail upon and they will ensure corrective action after I spoke to senior guy. However, they are not an exception to the unfair business practices. Hence being rated as worst.

Quality of food of course is good. same common boring menu. wonder if any haldiram employee is on this site
