too much rush and with it too many un wanted people ie pickpoketiers .

Most of the time it is seen that people are missing the trains as they could not reach the ticket counter; I reached the counter after two hours and just got my train. The lady on the counter harassed the passengers by unnecessary delay and even walked off the counter to show how she can punish the hapless traveller. They should change their attitude.

New platforms (8 to 11) need more light and shade as at night nothing visible at this platforms.More Ticket counters/window need to operate.Mela time more capacity of passengers handling need to organize.It should be considered as Model Stn.
