Haridwar Junction (HW)

Very badly managed station. The waiting room is very small and lacks basic facilities. The benches on platforms are inadequate and are never cleaned. The platforms are dirty and full of monkeys, who cause lot of problems to the passengers. The public announcement system is unprofessional. The approach to the station is blocked by 3 wheelers with no one to manage the traffic. The parking is below average.

During Mela period HW handles phenomenal amount of traffic (human and others). People using this facility are from every corner of the world. Facilities are not oriented to people at all - bad and inadeaute.
